All prices listed along with the book synopses on Hollandbooks.nl, include VAT.
Shipping rates 
The shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 2.95 per book. 
However, we do not charge more than € 20 shipping costs per order regardless of the number of ordered books. 
The international shipping rates within Europa are € 6.50 per book with a maximum of € 100.
Outside Europa we charge € 18.80 per book with a maximum of € 100.
